ClearFrame Lab is an independent publication operated by Chen Blum, based in Chile and intended for a United States audience. This notice explains the information that may be processed when you visit the site.
Information processed
OpenAI hosts this Site and processes Hosted Data on behalf of ClearFrame to host, maintain and support it. OpenAI and its applicable subprocessors may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, usage data, and security or operational logs. ChatGPT Sites does not support data residency at launch. The exact active subprocessor, location and log-retention details for this Site remain under review.
The current Spanish-course guide keeps optional first-party landing measurement switched off. It does not create the measurement session token, consent cookie, correlation cookie or D1 marketing event through the page. Before this measurement can ever be released, the page must ask you to choose between equally presented acceptance and continuation without measurement; no choice may be preselected. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control must override a stored acceptance.
If the approved measurement is later released and you accept, that consent will be the basis for this optional first-party measurement. A random browser-session token will stay in session storage. Your browser will send only its one-way SHA-256 hash to this site. We will hash it again into a daily event identifier, retain only coarse source and traffic categories, and deduplicate repeat views from the same session and UTC day. A secure, HTTP-only session cookie will hold that final hashed event identifier solely so a future on-site affiliate click can be matched to the landing view without sending that identifier to the seller. This design does not store the session token, IP address, raw advertising click identifiers, or free-form URL campaign text in the first-party measurement tables.
Affiliate links
When an affiliate link is active and you click it, the destination request, campaign details and relevant click identifiers may be passed to the seller and/or affiliate network to preserve attribution. ClearFrame creates a first-party affiliate-click record only when you previously accepted optional measurement and no Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal overrides that choice. That local record may contain the time, coarse traffic source, campaign, ad grouping, creative placement, selected offer, and a one-way SHA-256 hash of a supplied advertising click identifier; it does not store that raw click identifier. Without affirmative measurement consent, the commercial redirect may still operate but creates no ClearFrame D1 click row. The destination site has its own privacy practices.
Cookies and advertising technology
The unreleased optional Spanish-guide measurement uses a device-local preference containing only the consent version, decision and time. Its server consent cookie, session-storage token and secure correlation cookie expire with the browser session. Withdrawing removes the device's measurement session and asks this site to expire both server cookies. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override a prior acceptance in both the browser and the same-origin measurement endpoint. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking script is part of the current guide. Aggregate campaign reporting is obtained separately from Google Ads and ClickBank.
Server-side retention
The approved project policy requires raw landing-view and affiliate-click events to be deleted at experiment close plus 30 days, with an absolute ceiling of 90 days after collection. This policy is not active because optional measurement remains disabled. The deletion utility remains dry-run by default and cannot write to D1 without a separate, exact and time-bounded authorization. Application-level deletion may not immediately remove recoverable copies held under provider backup or point-in-time-recovery schedules; the exact Sites tier and operational recovery period remain under review.
Recipients and international processing
OpenAI and applicable subprocessors may process the technical and security data described above to provide ChatGPT Sites. If an affiliate link is later enabled and intentionally used, the affiliate network and seller may receive the destination and attribution parameters needed for that click. Because the operator is based in Chile and the site uses services and sellers serving the United States, information may be processed across borders. The exact subprocessor, retention and affiliate-recipient role inventory is still under review and must be completed before optional measurement is released.
Your choices
When optional measurement is released, you will be able to continue without it or withdraw as easily as you accept. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser, leave this site without clicking an affiliate link, or visit the seller independently. To request access, correction or deletion of information that ClearFrame can reasonably locate, email the contact below. We may request only the information reasonably needed to verify and fulfill the request; no account is required to use this site.

The effective date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be posted here before the affected processing begins.
